Two Nepali Pubg esport teams DRS Gaming and Hora e-Sports have competed in the Pubg Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2024. In PMSL Central South Asia Fall 2024, Hora e-Sports finished in sixth position in PMSL 2024 and selected for PMGC, while DRS Gaming was already selected based on PMGC points.
Nine teams from the 1-team teams competing in the final phase of the PMSL Central South Asia Fall 2024 have been sure to play the Pubg Mobile World Cup. The selected teams have 4MV, Falcon Force, DRS Gaming, AS I8-Sports, who were selected based on PMGC points. The other five teams are selected from the competition, including Stalwart e-Sports, Hora e-Sports, Major Pride, DE Murte and AOR e-Sports.
PMSL results
The 4MV team has won the title with a total of 173 points, including three chicken dinners, 15 elimination points and 28 league ranking points in this competition. The second-ranked Falcon Force got 164 points, while third- and fourth-ranked Stalwart E-Sports and DRS Gaming received 158⁇ and 152 points, respectively.
Prize Distribution
IHC E-Sports, winner of PMGC 2023, could not be selected for the upcoming PMGC 2024. The winner of the competition, 4MV, received $26,000 (about Rs. 37,38,000). Nepali team DRS Gaming received 10 thousand 600 dollars (about 14 lakh 20 thousand rupees) and Hora E-Sports received 6 thousand 400 dollars (about 8 lakh 57 thousand rupees) from the finals.
PMGC 2024 is expected to be held in Nov- December.
